10/18/11 “It’s On The House” Event Raises $28,500 For NeighborWorks® Greater Manchester

MANCHESTER, NH – NeighborWorks® Greater Manchester hosted their 3rd annual It’s On The House microbrew fundraiser on October 13th, 2011 at the Expo Center of NH/Radisson Hotel. Over 1,000 guests attended the beer tasting and raised more than $28,000 for NeighborWorks® Greater Manchester. Proceeds will help the organization create safe and affordable housing in the Greater Manchester region for low and moderate income families. This year’s efforts increased $10,000 in net profit from last year’s event.

“We are delighted that so many people gathered to support NeighborWorks® Greater Manchester. We appreciate the efforts of our volunteers as well as those individuals and businesses that sponsored the event, purchased tickets and donated auction items,” stated Robert Tourigny, Executive Director of NeighborWorks® Greater Manchester. “Proceeds will help our organization continue to create affordable housing for hard working families in the Greater Manchester region.”

This year’s It’s On The House event was chaired under the direction of Arthur Sullivan of Brady Sullivan Properties, with David Grappone and Justin Boufford co-chairing the Auction Committee and Ken Viscarello and Jeff Boufford co-chairing the Ticket Committee.

This year’s event was presented by several sponsors including the Northern New England Housing Investment Fund; Centrix Bank; People’s United Bank; Central Paper Products; Spectrum Marketing Companies; Brady Sullivan Properties; Sheehan, Phinney, Bass & Green.

Since its inception in 2009, It’s On The House total donations have surpassed $55,000.
