10/26/10: CHaD Battle of the Badges Event

LEBANON, NH: The Children’s Hospital at Dartmouth-Hitchcock (CHaD) will host their 4th Annual Battle of the Badges hockey game on Saturday, April 9th at the Verizon Wireless Arena. This lively match-up pits New Hampshire Firefighters against New Hampshire Police to benefit the children and families of CHaD.Rivalry between the two teams has been heating up since the New Hampshire Firefighters clinched their second consecutive title last year. The New Hampshire Police hope to recapture the trophy and ‘better locker room’ by filling their roster will new talent. Tryouts will be held on Thursday, November 11th and Tuesday, November 16th at the Verizon Wireless Arena.
Once teams are finalized, supporters of every age group can partake in this spectacular event while raising money for a great cause. Fans can make a donation to a player’s fundraising page or team page at chadhockey.org.
