EVR Account Director Mackenzie Fraser is a member of the 2021 class of the prestigious Leadership Greater Manchester (LGM) program.

LGM is a Chamber-sponsored program designed to recognize and nurture leaders in the Manchester community, highlighting different viewpoints, challenges and opportunities that affect the community. Each year, around 35 individuals from all different industry sectors are selected to participate in the year-long program. Monthly sessions are conducted by members of different industries in the Manchester community, covering timely topics such as homelessness, substance abuse, education, economic development and employee retention.

Mackenzie Fraser grew up in the small town of Lake George, New York. Little did she know, moving to attend the University of New Hampshire would not only kickstart her college education, but also her career and her life.

After graduating and launching her career in marketing from 2012–2018, Mackenzie joined EVR Advertising in the summer of 2018 as an account executive. She was promoted to account director in 2020 and now uses her talents to play a more instrumental role in the big picture of agency business, including account services leadership, the comprehensive set of services the agency delivers, agency-wide workflow and, ultimately, overall agency success.

Mackenzie combines natural-born leadership with a passion for professional development and personal growth. Cue: her involvement in LGM.

“You know issues are happening, you see it, but for me to hear it firsthand has been eye-opening,” Mackenzie says about her involvement in the program. And when asked what has been the most rewarding aspect of her participation in LGM, she says, “Everyone here comes from diverse backgrounds, with different interests and different personalities, but we all aspire to be leaders within the city.”
